Does it Work?

Coaching
Agreement
Coaching
sessions can be held weekly for 45 minutes on the phone,
so there is no need for you to spend time driving to appointments.
Nor do we need to be located in the same geographical
area. We will set up a day and time that works for you,
and you will have a standing appointment. There are no
additional charges for out-of-area calls.
If you prefer to meet with a coach in person, we will
find a qualified professional in your geographical area.
Appointment
Process
1.
An initial half-hour appointment is made to determine
your career concerns and discussion of appropriate assessments. 2. The remainder of the session includes reviewing
the coaching agreement including roles and responsibilities. 3. Coaching fees are established, including any
assessment or workbook fees. 4. Establish and schedule a weekly or bi-weekly
standing appointment. 5. Client submits 50% of coaching contract fees
online or mail prior to attending the first appointment. 6. Client Profile Worksheet is reviewed with client
and is to be completed prior to first appointment. 7. The first appointment is an hour and fifteen
minutes for Client Profile and assessment review. 8. Each subsequent appointment is 45 minutes. 9. Instructions on completing the assessment instrument
are provided. You will complete the assessment instrument
online in most circumstances. Some assessments may
require mail in scoring. 10. Any assessment results or reports will be sent
to you by email or mail before your hour-long interpretation
session. 11. A review of results will be presented along
with reflection activities. 12. Each coaching appointment closes with development
activities to reinforce behavior change and promote forward
action progress towards desired goals.
Cancellation
policy
Cancellations
or appointment changes will be accepted up to 48 hours
in advance. At the time of a cancellation or appointment
change, you may reschedule at no additional charge or
request a refund minus a $50 processing fee. "No
show" appointments, cancellations, or appointment
changes without 48 hour notice will be billed at the normal
rate.
