What is it?
The New Workforce Inventory (NWI) is a personality
inventory for use as an employee selection and
development assessment tool.

What it Provides/Measures
The NWI is comprised of 182 items on
multiple choice rating scales. The NWI provides
a snapshot of an individual's functioning in
areas critical to performance and career success.
The NWI measures the following six major dimensions
and takes 30 minutes to administer.

Job Requirements Questionnaire (JRQ) |

What is it?
The Job Requirements Questionnaire (JRQ) is
a multi-rater job analysis instrument that defines
the psychological and behavioral demands of
a position. Taking less that 20 minutes to complete,
the JRQ is comprised of 108 items rated on five-point
scales by persons familiar with a position such
as job incumbents supervisors or job architects
for new positions. Up to ten persons can make
JRQ ratings for each position.
Why use it
The JRQ is designed for integrated use
with the New Workforce Inventory (NWI). Used
in this fashion, the JRQ clarifies which NWI
dimensions are critical in fulfilling the demands
of a position.

The JRQ measures the following six major
