How is your Career Health?
Maintaining your career health is similar to maintaining your physical health. Much like the regular preparation and conditioning athletes use to meet the competition or achieve in their particular sport, a healthy career lifestyle includes regular conditioning and learning to meet performance, career and lifestyle goals. A healthy career lifestyle establishes behavior habits and a mindset of continuous improvement (growth) and resilience (change management). This tool will provide you a check-up on your individual and organizational career development needs.

The Career Health Inventory measures six career fitness behaviors:

Can you describe the work skills, values, personality style and motivators that align with your natural career passions?		 Work Trends:
Can you describe the industry, economic and market trends that are and will affect your industry and profession?
Practice:
Do you have a practice plan that includes continuous learning and skill development?		 Feedback:
Do you regularly receive and give others feedback about work performance and career goals?

Culture:
 Are you working in a work environment that promotes and sustains your future employability?
